Jager (aka Paddington)

Just wanted to give an update on Jager.  We finally got settled into our new home and I have the ability to post it now!

The Getz Family

Sparky (aka Sadie)

Morgan,

Things are going very well “Sparky” aka “Sadie” (my 6 year old son named her 7 months ago while he was earning dog points) is a very smart dog.
We have had Sparky only two nights and I think she is adjusting amazingly well, she knows her new name and in this short period can already sit and stay and heal when we walk her.We have been taking her out side for her training three or four times a day on a thirty foot lead to teach her how to sit lay down and stay on command, the last time we were out she sat and stayed and came with only hand  signals (this is an intelligent dog and very gentle  and loving.) The only hurdle we really have is to slowly  keep building the confidence of our cat to come up and have a face to face with Sparky who is curious but I am sure will be fine with a little time to get to know “Ditto” the cat.
Thank you so much Sparky is a nice addition to our family

Chimmy

Rosie (aka Buffy)

Hi Jill & Morgan,
Rosie is doing really well.  She has settled in and everyone loves her.  She loves the garden and to chase the wild life, even licked her lips when she saw a wild turkey eating the bird food.  She is still a picky eater but is gaining weight steadily.  She adores her stuffed toys and plays with them all the time.  She likes my two cats, especially the one that thinks he’s a dog.  She greets my son’s friends with enthusiasm and doesn’t bat an eyelid when they get loud.  She is a wonderful little girl.  I’m so lucky to have her.
Thank you so much.
Karen

Arnold/aka Reese

Hi Jill,
It was a pleasure to meet you, Nathan and your friend.
We are home safe and sound and loving Truly more and more by the minute.  He made the trip without a problem and is now on his new bed sound asleep!  He ate his dinner but not too much of it.  I figure it will take a bit of time for him to get acclimated.
I can’t thank you enough for bringing Truly into our lives.  You are an amazing woman to share your home with needy dogs.  Not only do the dogs you rescue get saved but their new parents get love and joy for years .
Thank you again for everything.
Sincerely,
Truly’s (aka Arnold/Reece) Parents
